Faclair Beag (Gaelic Education Glossary)
Faclair Beag, or Gaelic glossary is a glossary of specific Gaelic educational terms to aid practitioners, student teachers and translators in Gaelic education. It enables a consistent and correct approach to language use. This is particularly pertinent at this time of national educational reform in Scotland and the increased Gaelic professional learning opportunities.

This is a Gaelic to English dictionary and is a collection of specialized vocabulary which was originally collated and created for Gaelic teacher education courses.
The Faclair Beag will help users understand technical terms and ensure consistency across content pertaining to Gaelic education. It also aides translators by providing pre-approved specific terminology.
