Keeping applicants warm through course specific communications.
Targeted course specific communications to email to applicants at regular intervals on the run up to the beginning of their programme. The purposes of these communications are to inform applicants about their chosen course, to prepare them to be ready to start studying, and to reduce anxiety.
Advice for reuse
All communications should be interesting and eye-catching and must make applicants want to engage with them. Emails could be in a magazine style with lots of images. Using video content where possible would be more effective. The target market use Apps like TikTok and are used to receiving information this way. Video content should be less than two minutes long to be most impactful.
